Please make sure that you have installed the latest version of MAPS.ME (you can check for updates in Google Play or App Store) and you have updated downloaded maps.
If the issue persists and you have:
System error. Unable to create route due to an application error.
Open the app settings → Help → Feedback → tap Report a Bug → send an email with short description of the issue and decimal coordinates* of start and end points of your route. For example: "System error, start – 44.436128, 26.102725, end – 47.498377, 19.040489".
* To see and copy coordinates, tap start or end point on the map, expand the white banner, tap and hold coordinates to copy (to change DMS format to decimal, tap coordinates once).
Unable to locate route, adjust starting/destination point.
Most likely, there are no car (bicycle or walking) roads (depending on the type of your route) near start or destination points or the driving is prohibited in the area. In this case, please try to select a point on the map closer to a road or select a different start or destination point.
The pedestrian route is too long (when creating rapid transit routes).
The error may appear when start or end points are too far from the nearest subway station. In the case, please adjust your start point or destination closer to a subway station.
