Accidental payments often occur by double clicking or refreshing the browser during the checkout process. To prevent this, we ask that you allow time for the transaction to process within our systems. It's possible our systems have received the order but are experiencing a delay with the crediting process.
Notes:
- Do not try to repeat the payment until the advertise campaign have been delivered to your account;
- Do not try to repeat an order for the advertisement campaign on the payment page (hosted by the payment system). Instead, go back to our own website and place a new order;
- Do not refresh the payment page until the operation is complete.
If you paid for a single order on your account multiple times, please contact us and describe the payment process and provide as much information as possible.
