What do I need to create a rapid transit route in MAPS.ME?
Rapid transit routes are available starting from MAPS.ME version 8.x. You can check it if you open the app settings → About MAPS.ME. New version is available in Google Play and App Store. If you have 8.x version or newer, please make sure that you have updated downloaded maps. Now, you can create a route using rapid transit.

I can't see my city in the list of supported cities
It means that there is not enough data like subway stations or lines in OpenStreetMap.org yet where we take the maps. New cities may appear if more users contribute and add missing data or adjust it in accordance with the OSM guidelines.
Well, it's too complicated for me, I'm not an OSM editor
You may feel frustration, but don't worry. You can help in other way, for example, you can leave a note about missing or incorrect data for OSM contributors. The more people will participate in the process, the more likely your city will appear in the future.
I get an error "Subway route is not found" or "Subway navigation in this region " when creating rapid transit routes
Please make sure that you have updated the app and downloaded maps. In addition, please check the list of supported cities.
The error may also appear when start or end points are too far from the nearest subway station. In the case, please adjust your start point or destination closer to a subway station.
I can't see "Start" button for rapid transit routes
Navigation mode (directions) for rapid transit routes is in our plans for the future.
Can you add list of stations/directions and routes for train/tram/bus?
We have just added rapid transit routes and continue to improve public transport features, so it may be possible with time.
